Board of Trustees Meetings  •  Planning & Zoning Meetings

  • The Colerain Township Board of Trustees meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. with the exception of June, July, August and December.   The Trustees go on a summer schedule for June, July and August and only meet on the second Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.  Because of the holidays, the Trustees only meet on the second Tuesday in December at 7:00 p.m.   Meeting dates are subject to change.

 

  • All meetings, Board of Trustees and Zoning boards, are held at 4200 Springdale Road, unless otherwise noted.

 

  • Citizens who wish to address the Board of Trustees or Zoning boards at a regularly scheduled meeting may do so by arriving before the start of the meeting at 7:00 p.m. to sign in. 

 

  • Special Meetings of the Board of Trustees will be posted on this site as appropriate, but this will not fulfill the public notification requirement.

 

  •  Special meeting announcements will appear on the meeting schedule page at least 24 hours before each meeting.
