Usage Policies - Regular Rentals - 2007

General Information:

1. Occupancy Capacities

• Ft. Coleraine Hall - 300 people with tables and chairs

• Bevis Hall - 136 people with tables and chairs

  • Occupancy counts include ALL individuals:  caterers, bartenders, musicians, etc. using the hall(s) during a single event.

  • Auditorium style (chairs only) rental capacities are available on request.

  • Seperate pricing exists for 50th/60th Anniversary parties (special rate for Colerain Township residents only), Civic & "non-profit" groups, and "for-profit" groups.

Supply Rates for Rental Usage (2004-2005)

 

A.  Beverage Products

• Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite = $40.00 per canister (fountain)

  • One Canister serves 100, 12 oz. cups

  • Coke cups included in cost

  • Please note that once the canister has been "tapped," a charge for usage will occur.

• Coffee (regular/decaffinated) = $1.50 per bag used

  • Coffee urn can hold up to 100 cups - approximately 5 bags

  • Cups, creamer, sugar and stirrers included in cost.

 

B.  Ice

• Unlimited amount = $25.00

 

C.  Table Covers

• Plastic roll = $1.50 per 8ft. table covered

• Round plastic cover = $3.50 per 5ft. round covered

  • 8ft. rectangle table seats eight people

  • 5ft. round table seats eight people

 

If any supplies above are used for your event, the dollar amount used will be automatically subtracted from the security deposit. 

 

If you would like to use any of our supplies, please stipulate upon signing of the contract.

All rentals will be on a first come, first served basis.  These rental rates are based on:  four (4) hour rentals with two (2) hour set-up time.  Any additional time required by the rental party will incur a fee of $100.00 per hour, to include late exit from the facility.  The latest time occupancy allowed is 1:00 a.m.  If the rental party's expenses, through product usage or damage, exceed the security deposit, the renter is responsible for this added expense.  Rental refunds for those who are eligible to receive the same can expect the refund within six weeks.  Prices are subject to change by  vote of  the Colerain Township Board of Trustees.

 

TOWNSHIP SPONSORED BUSINESS ACTIVITIES HAVE PRIORITY IN THE SCHEDULING OF THE USE OF THE CENTER.  THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO WAIVE OR MODIFY ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE COLERAIN TOWNSHIP SENIOR & COMMUNITY CENTER.
