Scotty Anderson Band

The Cammy Awards - 2001 Winner: Best Jazz Instrumentalist, Scotty Anderson
His musical vocabulary would be the envy of any jazzman, and he's got the fire and attitude of the most intense rocker---but the heart of a country boy. He's Cincinnati's guitar killer Scotty Anderson, the latest and scariest in the grand tradition of Danny Gatton, Redd Volkaert or Robert Shafer-style Tele-slingers. From his Travis-style workout on "Going Down the Road Feeling Bad" to the fret-scorching Z.Z. Top cover "LaGrange" to his mind-blowing three-parts-at-once setting of "All My Loving," you won't believe all this comes from one player. Don't miss this under-appreciated six-string Olympian! Go to http://home.fuse.net/pvee/sanderson.html to learn more and hear samples of his music.
