Heather Harlow was elected Township Fiscal Officer in November 2003 and took office on April 1, 2004. She is truly excited about her position as Township Fiscal Officer and has enjoyed serving the people of Colerain Township during her term.

The Township Fiscal Officer, one of four elected officials for the Township, is the chief fiscal officer and record keeper for the township. The Township Fiscal Officer is responsible for keeping a record of proceedings at public meetings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reporting to the state and county auditors.

A Township resident since 1980, Heather is active with the Colerain Community Association and the Advisory Committee for Northwest High School's Construction Technology program. Heather is a graduate of the 12th Colerain Township Citizen Police Academy and has been a "Best of Taste" judge for the annual Taste of Colerain.

Heather is a graduate of McAuley High School and holds a baccalaureate degree in English and Communication Arts from the College of Mount St. Joseph. She is working toward a Master of Public Administration at Northern Kentucky University and she is the office manager for a property management company located in Forest Park. Heather and her husband, Michael, are members of St. John the Baptist parish on Dry Ridge Road.
