Clippard Park Redevelopment

Colerain Township Parks & Services is currently in the process of redeveloping Clippard Park, a 15 acre park located on Dewhill Drive.  On January 15, 2008, Colerain Township, along with design firm Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., held a public meeting at Bevis Elementary School to get input from residents.  During this meeting, many issues with the park in its current state were addressed as well as suggestions given for what residents would like to have at the park.  The design firm took the community's input back to their offices and developed three conceptual plans incorporating suggestions given at the meeting.  Please follow the links below to view each of the three concept plans.  They were formally presented to the public at a second public meeting on Wednesday,  February 20th, 2008.  A third meeting to present revised concept plans will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2008 in the library of Bevis Elementary School at 6:00 p.m.  Brandstetter Carroll Landscape Architect Pat Hoagland will be presenting the revised concept plans that will reflect the suggestions given to the first three concept plans.
