SENIOR AND COMMUNITY CENTER DIRECTOR
Colerain Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, is seeking applications to fill the professional, full time, exempted position of "SENIOR AND COMMUNITY CENTER DIRECTOR". The Director is appointment by the Township Board of Trustees performs his/her work under the general direction of the Township Administrator. The Director is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of programs and services provided to the seniors and participants using the facilities of the Colerain Township Senior and Community Center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university in business/public administration, Social Services, Recreation or related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience. Additional minimum requirements include: working knowledge of budgeting, personnel administration, organizational and planning skills, be a self starter, and of particular importance is the knowledge and ability to work closely with and determine the needs of older adults.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and proven record of achievement.

Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. The Colerain Township Board of Trustees will be appointing new members to the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals due to expiring terms. The Zoning Commission is responsible for reviewing amendments to the zoning resolution and zoning map. The Board of Zoning Appeals hears requests for variances from the terms of the Zoning Resolution. Interested persons should send a letter of interest and a resume by October 30, 2009 to the attention of the Planning & Zoning Department at the following address: Colerain Township Board of Trustees, 4200 Springdale Rd.
